About the Team With eight specialized departments, the engineering team functions as a highly collaborative, diverse powerhouse. These range from software development and machine learning to quality assurance teams that work to create and maintain Zoom's user-friendly interfaces and robust infrastructure. We deliver digital transformation solutions for business-critical systems. Our team collaborates across product, architecture, and engineering to ship high-quality software. We exist to modernize enterprise applications and accelerate business agility. What we’re looking for - Hold a BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Demonstrate 3–5 years of full-stack or backend software development experience with strong coding skills. - Apply backend technologies including Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, or Python in production environments. - Write unit tests using frameworks like JUnit or Cucumber to ensure code quality. - Understand secure coding practices and OWASP guidelines for building safe applications. - Communicate clearly in writing and verbally with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Use frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Vue.js. - Deploy applications on AWS, Azure, GCP, or other cloud platforms.
