By including everyone and ensuring equal opportunities we unleash our full potential. ## Job Description Your contribution to something big: We are looking for a SW Monitoring/DevOps Engineer with strong experience in the implementation of user-facing monitoring systems and the creation of observability concepts. This role will be responsible for designing and architecting end-to-end monitoring solutions that address the needs of internal customers and business stakeholders. - Lead the implementation of user‑facing monitoring systems that provide real‑time visibility into application health, performance, and reliability across digital platforms; - Define and develop observability concepts, including metrics strategies, logging standards, dashboards, and alerting principles aligned with business and internal customer needs; - Architect end‑to‑end monitoring solutions tailored to diverse internal stakeholders, ensuring scalability, robustness, and long‑term maintainability; - Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to instrument applications and services, enabling high‑quality telemetry and actionable insights; - Support microservice‑based and event‑driven architectures with strong observability practices, including distributed tracing and event monitoring; - Contribute hands‑on to development tasks (Java, Python, or similar languages) when required for instrumentation, integration, or proof‑of‑concept activities. ## Qualifications What distinguishes you: Education - Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable technical field. Experience - 3–5 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, SRE, or similar technical roles; - Proven experience implementing monitoring and observability solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or equivalent; - Experience working with microservice‑based and event‑driven architectures. Know‑how - Strong understanding of metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting concepts; - Experience developing in Java, Python, or other enterprise‑level programming languages; - Ability to translate business and stakeholder needs into scalable monitoring architectures. Languages - Very good English skills; Working Style & Methods - Strong collaboration skills and experience working in cross‑functional teams; - Analytical and critical thinker with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset; - Comfortable working in dynamic, results‑driven environments with multiple priorities.
