Job Description

Everyone knows security needs to be “baked in” to a system architecture, you actually know how to bake it in. You can identify and implement ways to harden systems and reduce their attack surface. You will use your cyber engineering skills to lead the design and development of secure systems for Space Mission Systems. We’re looking for a Cyber Engineer who can create solutions for US Space Force that will withstand even the most advanced cyber threats.
As a Lead Cyber Engineer at Booz Allen, you’ll lead teams that design systems that that manage risk to Space Mission Operations. You’ll coordinate work with development teams to identify the right mix of tools and techniques to translate your customer’s IT needs and goals into a plan that will enable secure and effective solutions. You will help your team develop the best solutions, so you’ll advise on new techniques, break free from the legacy model, and go where the industry is going. You’ll guide the team through managing risk by providing alternatives and customizing solutions to maintain a balance of security and mission needs.
