As a Sports Graphic Designer, your mission will be to develop visual assets that resonate with sports fans and align with the company's brand, helping us create engaging experiences and strengthen our presence across all markets. WHAT YOU WILL DO. - Create visually appealing designs for the company's social media platforms, including static posts, stories, ads, and promotional materials; - Create engaging and visually impactful digital and print posters that align with campaign goals and target audiences; - Adapt designs across multiple channels to meet specific platform requirements; - Partner with the creative and content teams to develop innovative concepts and ensure visual assets support broader marketing campaigns and initiatives; - Ensure all visual content maintains a consistent visual style across different platforms and communication channels; - Stay updated on the latest design trends, social media best practices, and digital content innovations to continuously improve the quality of visual content; - Deliver assigned tasks on time while effectively managing priorities and deadlines. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR. - Previous experience in a similar Graphic Designer role. Experience in the sports is a strong advantage; - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD); - Fluency in English; - A strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills; - Solid understanding of graphic design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout; - Knowledge of social media platforms and their design requirements; - Interest in or experience with AI-powered design tools; - Strong creativity and attention to detail; - Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines; - A genuine interest in sports and an understanding of what engages fans.
