This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases and related T-SQL objects (queries, stored procedures, tables, and views) to support reporting, analytics, and operational requirements.
- Manage SQL Server security, including creation and maintenance of user accounts, roles, and permissions.
- Create, schedule, and edit SQL Server Agent jobs; proactively monitor job activity and resolve failures as they occur.
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence Officer to generate and refine T-SQL logic for department reporting and analytics.
- Assist in building and supporting ETL processes to streamline data integration from multiple systems.
- Take ownership of job health monitoring and ensure continuous up time of essential data workflows.

- Solid understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL syntax and database object design.
- Familiarity with SQL Server security principles and managing user access.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server Agent jobs — creating, editing, and troubleshooting job failures.
- Exposure to scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell is preferred.
- Exposure to AI-driven tools and models, including practical experience using platforms such as ChatGPT, Copilot Studio, or similar technologies to support development, analysis, or automation.
- Understanding of ETL workflows and concepts.
