Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain APIs, connectors, and integration pipelines across internal and external systems
• Enable seamless data exchange between enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and third-party tools
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to support automation and analytics use cases
• Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and performant
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues while maintaining system reliability
• Design and implement automation workflows using tools such as Power Automate or equivalent platforms
• Develop automated solutions for notifications, approvals, exception handling, and business process orchestration
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for workflow design and process optimization
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and streamline manual processes
• Monitor, maintain, and enhance automation workflows to ensure efficiency and reliability
• Perform data mapping, transformation, and reconciliation across systems
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Enable real-time and rapid reporting for business and operational insights
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reporting systems
• Work closely with business teams to translate requirements into analytical models and visualizations

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in automation engineering or related field
• Expertise in integration development and engineering
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI
• Experience with AI and Automation tools
• Hands-on experience with AI & Gen AI products and tools
• Experience with Power Automate or equivalent workflow automation platforms
• Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT pipeline development
• Experience building APIs and connectors across enterprise systems
• Proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Must be local to New York
