Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture. ### Responsibilities - Lead advanced electrical engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring technical excellence and innovation. - Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams to enhance their capabilities and project outcomes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems into broader product designs and ensure compliance with industry standards. - Conduct functional failure analysis and product design evaluations to identify root causes and drive corrective actions. - Develop escalation reports and provide product redesign recommendations to improve performance, reliability, and manufacturability. ### Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE - Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. - 6+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on advanced electrical systems design and development. - Experience working with electronic circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic assemblies. - Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to effectively communicate with global stakeholders. - Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, circuit analysis, and system integration. - Solid understanding of electronic components and their operation, including integrated circuits (ICs), transistors, resistors, capacitors, and other discrete components. - Proficiency in electrical design software and simulation tools such as Valor or similar platforms, with experience in PCB design and power electronics. - Knowledge of IPC standards related to the manufacturing and design of printed circuit boards (PCBs). - Experience with compliance standards and testing protocols relevant to electrical engineering projects.
