ABOUT THIS ROLE
RIA is looking for an experienced .NET Developer to join our Software Development team. We're seeking someone who can handle all aspects of a web API stack and enjoys working on a fast-paced, fun-loving team.
This individual will collaborate with other developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and technical support. The role is part of the Ria Software Engineering organization, specifically on the RIA Core Development team.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing and maintaining web service-based applications, including high-throughput APIs to support mission-critical operations
Creating strategies for evaluating, integrating, and supporting a wide range of web technologies
Testing and maintaining software to ensure functionality and performance
Documenting and maintaining software functionality
Collaborating with Architects, Designers, Product Managers, and Operations
Troubleshooting production issues in a high-availability environment
Contributing to a culture of innovation and continuous learning
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
6+ years of experience in .NET C# (ASP.NET, WCF, MVC, EF, LINQ, DI, Lambda, Async, etc.)
6+ years of experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs (Postman, SOAPUI)
6+ years of experience with MS SQL Server and T-SQL development
Experience with scalable systems and technologies like RabbitMQ, Kafka
Strong knowledge of .NET Core / .NET 6+
Familiarity with Git (TFS, Azure DevOps), CI/CD pipelines
Unit testing and build management
Familiarity with NoSQL databases
Proficiency with troubleshooting tools like Kibana or similar
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Team-oriented with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Strong foundation in OOP, Web Applications, and Database concepts
Agile/SCRUM methodology experience preferred
Excellent communication (written and verbal)
Motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive
