What you’ll own
- Translate business strategy into clear technical direction, shaping product architecture that aligns with long term goals and market needs.
- Influence end to end product design by partnering with product management and engineering to deliver scalable, high impact solutions.
- Drive technical discovery and gap analysis that identifies where current systems need to evolve to meet future business and customer expectations.
- Lead problem solving across complex systems, unlocking better ways to design, connect, and optimize services across the platform.
- Shape engineering decisions across .NET based systems, APIs, cloud environments, and data stores to improve performance, resilience, and scalability.
- Unlock actionable insights from complex data sets to improve customer experience, operational intelligence, and product performance.
- Influence technical transformation by introducing better ways of working, improving design practices, and raising engineering quality across teams.
- Build alignment across stakeholders by communicating technical direction, progress, and value in a clear and compelling way.
What you bring
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering, product engineering, or technical delivery roles within complex systems.
- Strong experience with C# and .NET ecosystems, including APIs, WCF, object-oriented design, and service-based architectures.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms, SQL data stores, ORM frameworks, SaaS, and SOA-based architectures.
- Ability to translate business strategy into technical solutions using structured analysis and long-term thinking.
- Strong data analysis capability, with experience extracting insights from multiple data sources to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
- Proven ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams to deliver complex solutions.
- A mindset focused on ownership, curiosity, continuous improvement, and building solutions the right way for the right outcomes.
It’s a bonus if you have:
- Experience working in payments, financial services, or other highly regulated, high availability environments where reliability and precision matter at scale.
- Exposure to technical product ownership or architecture-level thinking, where you’ve influenced how systems are designed, connected, and evolved over time.
- Familiarity with cloud-native transformation, modern engineering practices, or data-driven product optimization in complex enterprise environments.
