Position: Sr Power BI Developer Nexttec Technology is a leading technology outsourcing company that provides innovative solutions to clients across various industries. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Power BI Developer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Sr Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations and reports. You will also collaborate with our team of developers and data analysts to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data being used in the Power BI solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement Power BI solutions for clients based on their business requirements. - Create data models and data visualizations using Power BI. - Collaborate with clients to understand their data and reporting needs. - Work with data analysts to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data being used in Power BI solutions. - Optimize and troubleshoot performance issues in Power BI reports and dashboards. - Create and maintain documentation for Power BI solutions. - Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and recommend improvements to existing solutions. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing Power BI solutions. - Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling. - Experience in creating complex data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI. - Proficient in DAX and M language. - Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
