Our partner is looking for a SR Product Designer (Salesforce) based in Spain.** We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with strong expertise in creating user-centered experiences within Salesforce environments. This role combines UX strategy, interaction design, and Salesforce platform knowledge to deliver scalable and intuitive solutions. You will collaborate with product teams, developers, and business stakeholders to transform complex requirements into effective digital experiences. The position requires a strong understanding of design systems, usability principles, and Salesforce capabilities. You will lead the complete design lifecycle, from research and ideation to prototyping and implementation support. This is an opportunity to influence product quality, improve user experiences, and contribute to strategic digital initiatives in a collaborative environment. ### Accountabilities: The role focuses on leading product design initiatives across Salesforce solutions, ensuring experiences are intuitive, accessible, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. Key responsibilities include: - Leading the end-to-end product design process, including user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity interface design. - Designing user experiences across Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud. - Applying Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) standards and components to create consistent and efficient user interfaces. - Collaborating with Product Managers, Salesforce Developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and define effective design solutions. - Conducting usability research, validating assumptions, gathering user feedback, and iterating designs based on insights. - Creating user flows, mockups, interactive prototypes, and design documentation using tools such as Figma or similar platforms. - Ensuring design decisions align with Salesforce platform capabilities, technical constraints, accessibility standards, and strategic goals. - Supporting the continuous improvement of product design processes, workflows, and usability practices. - Communicating design rationale clearly and advocating for user needs throughout product development cycles. ## Requirements: The ideal candidate has extensive experience in product design, UX/UI methodologies, and Salesforce-based solutions, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
