Job Description:
We are seeking a Sr. Recruiter who will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting across MetaPhy Health, with primary focus on high-volume clinical hiring for our Virtual Care team, particularly Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), as well as select corporate and support roles. The ideal candidate is a seasoned healthcare talent acquisition professional who can independently drive recruiting efforts while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including but not limited to job postings, sourcing strategies, coordinating career fairs and campus visits, screening and interviewing.
- Analyze and review current recruitment strategies and systems and make recommendations for improvement to attract, source, and recruit top talent aligned with the organization’s needs.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with leaders across the organization, hiring managers, and potential candidates.
- Create positive and engaging candidate experiences for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize and optimize our current ATS (UKG Ready) to track candidates, manage workflows, and provide reports.
- Analyze recruitment metrics & data to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant state laws and regulations.
- Deliver regular reporting on recruitment metrics, hiring progress, and talent market insights.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare recruiting
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, healthcare administration, or related field
- Demonstrated experience in high-volume LPN recruiting
- Proven success recruiting both clinical and corporate roles
- Deep knowledge of recruiting best practices and TA strategy
- Strong consultative and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
