Work Setup: First 2-3 months on full onsite for training, hybrid after Work Location: Mckinley, Taguig Work Schedule: Night Shift Start Date: ASAP Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, or related field - CPA preferred - At least 4 years of relevant experience - Sound Accounting fundamentals such as: - Large Journal Entries - Balance Sheet - General Ledger & Sub-Ledger - P&L - Contra Asset - Bank Recociliation - Variance Analysis - Intercompany transactions - Pre-payments - Good with Data Manipulation (Advanced Excel proficiency) - Knowledgeable with ERP systems - Good Communication Skills Responsibilities: - Prepare and post journal entries accurately and in compliance with accounting standards. - Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly. - Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results, identifying trends and variances. - Handle large data sets and perform financial data manipulation and analysis. - Prepare financial statements and other financial reports.
