Work Setup: First 2-3 months on full onsite for training, hybrid after Work Location: Mckinley, Taguig Work Schedule: Night Shift Start Date: ASAP Requirements: - College Graduate (Accounting Course non-negotiable) - CPA (preferred, but good to endorse Non-CPA) - At least 4 years of experience - Good Communication Skills - Experience with ERP Systems (SAP etc.) - Good with Data Manipulation (Large set of files) - Sound Accounting fundamentals such as: - Preparation of Journal Entries - Balance Sheet - General Ledger Management - Account Reconciliation - Financial Reporting - Preparation of Invoices - Accruals - Supports Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Close - Financial Analysis - Excel Proficiency Responsibilities: - Prepare and post journal entries accurately and in compliance with accounting standards. - Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly. - Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results, identifying trends and variances. - Handle large data sets and perform financial data manipulation and analysis. - Prepare financial statements and other financial reports.
