Job Description

We are looking for a senior, hands-on AI Applications Developer / QA Engineer to join an onshore contract team building AI-native platforms, agents, and applications. The role owns technical execution of AI integrations end-to-end on the MERN stack, with a strong emphasis on quality engineering to ensure robust, reliable AI deployments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, test, and deploy production-grade applications end to end
  • Design, build, and deploy AI-based platforms, applications, agents, and skills
  • Lead AI model development and application design using Google Vertex AI
  • Architect and develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
  • Build EVALs frameworks to measure and ensure model performance and accuracy
  • Design and build scalable integration platforms, APIs, and web services
  • Manage the full software development life cycle from design through deployment

Requirements

  • 14+ years of overall professional experience
  • Proven expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
  • Strong knowledge of Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Java
  • Experience with AI-native development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, MCPs)
  • Solid understanding of databases, application interfaces, and API design
  • 5+ years with modern IDEs, Git/GitHub, npm/yarn, pip, maven/gradle, and Docker
  • Quality Engineering background strongly preferred
