Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript). 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products. 1 year of experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI evaluations, training, or models. Preferred qualifications: Experience collaborating in a globally distributed product and engineering team. Excellent communication skills across engineering, product and business domains. Implementing and customizing structural execution patterns like ReAct (Reason + Act), Tree of Thoughts (ToT), and Plan-and-Solve loops, giving models the cognitive scaffolding to break down vague goals into deterministic DAGs (Directed Acyclic Graphs). Provide technical leadership in regards to immediate and complex technical problems to leads of associated teams. Influence and Design and build scalable Agentic systems in HR domain.
