Job Description
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience programming in C++. 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products. 5 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture. 3 years of experience with software design and architecture. Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction. 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects. Experience in system integration or system design and computational modeling. Experience working with one or more of the following: web or mobile application development, Unix/Linux environments, distributed and parallel systems, machine learning, information retrieval, natural language processing, networking, developing software systems, or security software development.

Responsibilities Provide Technical leadership to the team, design, and architecture to build customer facing available, reliable, scalable systems. Involve in software design and implementations, adhere to software best practices and architectural considerations on a project-wide level. Collaborate across teams effectively, manage complex requirements and convert the outcomes into simplified solutions. Understand the AI/ML applications, performance monitoring, identify key problem areas, work with various dependency teams, prioritize and drive solutions effectively to consensus. Strategize and drive projects to improve development velocity, engineering excellence and product excellence.
