Responsibilities Hire and grow the team in Warsaw, establish the engineering culture, and manage engineers while maintaining engineering best practices and ensuring high engineering quality. Develop, maintain, and ensure the reliability and low-latency performance of high-queries per second distributed systems. Review code and provide feedback to ensure best practices, including style guidelines, accuracy, testability, and efficiency. Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines while managing project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
