Job Description

Staff Software Engineer (Ref:110): Payactiv is looking for Staff Software Engineer who Design, develop, and deliver high-quality, robust, and scalable software solutions. Drive architectural discussions, ensuring solutions align with business goals and technical strategy. Champion test-driven development (TDD), clean code principles, and maintainable system architectures. Enforce high code quality standards through peer reviews, unit testing, automation, and continuous integration. Establish and promote engineering best practices within the team. Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce relevant new technologies or practices. Implement secure coding practices, ensuring applications adhere to industry standards and compliance requirements. Integrate data protection and security measures at all layers of the system. Identify bottlenecks, debug issues, and implement innovative solutions to optimize system performance. Design, optimize, and manage complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models. Tools used: AWS Services, REST, Docker, Kubernetes Minimum Education: Bachelor’s in Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field. Minimum Experience: Two (2) Years. Position requires two (2) years of experience, which must include two (2) years of experience in AWS Services, REST, Docker, Kubernetes.
