You will act as a strategic partner to senior engineering and product leaders, creating operational systems that improve alignment, accountability, and execution. The position goes beyond traditional program management, focusing on building intelligent workflows, removing organizational friction, and driving meaningful outcomes. You will work across engineering, product, marketing, design, and business teams to connect strategy with execution. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, simplifies complex challenges, and uses AI tools to transform how teams operate. This is a high-impact role for an experienced technical program leader who wants to redefine modern operating models through automation and innovation. ### Accountabilities: As a Staff Technical Program Manager, you will own strategic operations and execution frameworks for a major engineering organization. You will create clarity across complex initiatives, improve planning processes, and help teams transition toward AI-native ways of working. You should be comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, managing complex programs, and leveraging AI to improve how teams work. - 10+ years of technical program management experience with a proven record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives. - Strong technical background with the ability to understand engineering systems, influence technical decisions, and collaborate effectively with engineering teams. - Experience using engineering and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Linear, and AI-based productivity tools. - Demonstrated ability to build operating systems, processes, and frameworks that improve organizational efficiency. - Advanced experience using AI tools and automation to enhance workflows, manage information, and improve decision-making. - Strong ability to simplify complex programs, create structure from ambiguity, and drive execution without unnecessary process. - Experience partnering with senior executives and representing leadership perspectives across teams. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. - Strong ownership mindset with exceptional follow-through and accountability. - Ability to build trust across diverse teams, including engineering, product, legal, finance, and business stakeholders. - Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. - Experience with AI agents, AI-assisted development tools, or AI-driven knowledge management practices is highly preferred. ## Benefits: - Competitive salary range: - United States: $140,000–$209,000 USD - Canada: $163,000–$194,000 CAD - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits. - Life and disability insurance coverage. - Employer-supported retirement plans: - 401(k) matching program for US employees. - RRSP with DPSP plan for Canadian employees. - Flexible paid time off and company-wide holidays. - Employee Assistance Program supporting mental wellness. - Learning and development programs. - Remote-first work environment with support for productive home offices. - Equipment, tools, and resources to enable effective remote work. - Free premium membership access to support personal and family needs. - Opportunity to work in an innovative AI-native organization and influence the future of technology operations.
