As a STIBO (STEP) Developer, you will: - Design, configure, and maintain Master Data Management (MDM) and Product Information Management (PIM) solutions using the STIBO STEP platform. - Configure workflows, business rules, user interfaces, and data models for product, customer, and supplier master data. - Develop JavaScript-based business rules and workflow extensions to automate data governance, validation, and business processes. - Build and maintain integrations with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and ETL tools. - Implement data quality, governance, and validation frameworks to ensure accurate and consistent master data. - Troubleshoot production issues, optimize platform performance, and support system upgrades and enhancements. What You Bring to the Table: - 6+ years of experience in STIBO STEP Master Data Management (MDM) and Product Information Management (PIM) development. - Hands-on experience configuring STIBO STEP workflows, business rules, data models, and user interfaces. - Strong knowledge of JavaScript for business rule development and workflow automation. - Experience building integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, XML, JSON, and ETL technologies. - Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and master data management best practices. - Experience troubleshooting, performance tuning, and supporting enterprise MDM/PIM environments. You should possess the ability to: - Configure and customize STIBO STEP to meet business and data governance requirements. - Develop scalable automation and validation rules using JavaScript. - Design and implement secure, reliable integrations with enterprise systems. - Analyze data quality issues and implement effective remediation strategies. - Troubleshoot complex technical problems and optimize application performance. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality master data solutions.
