Job Description
Superworks is hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to identify, research, and qualify potential business leads for the Super HRMS sales pipeline, supporting the growth of the company's SMB customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential leads through various online channels
- Qualify leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Maintain and update the CRM with lead information
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule product demos
- Track and report lead-generation metrics
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in lead generation or inside sales
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools is a plus
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Basic understanding of B2B SaaS sales is a plus
