Job Description

Superworks is hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to identify, research, and qualify potential business leads for the Super HRMS sales pipeline, supporting the growth of the company's SMB customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential leads through various online channels
  • Qualify leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Maintain and update the CRM with lead information
  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule product demos
  • Track and report lead-generation metrics

Requirements

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in lead generation or inside sales
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools is a plus
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
  • Basic understanding of B2B SaaS sales is a plus
