Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI initiatives from design through production deployment
• Architect and build Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and Transformers
• Develop and orchestrate multi-agent systems using LangGraph, AutoGen, or ADK
• Own MLOps pipelines and model deployment across cloud platforms
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to the AI/ML engineering team
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder communication
• Ensure Responsible AI practices and AI governance compliance
• Drive Agile development processes across AI projects

Requirements

• 8+ years of Core AI/ML experience
• 2+ years of Technical Lead / Team Lead experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, Transformers)
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks: LangGraph, AutoGen, or ADK
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
• Experience with NLP: text generation, summarization, conversational AI
• Strong knowledge of MLOps and model deployment
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Background in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning
• Experience in Feature Engineering and Model Training
• Understanding of Responsible AI and AI Governance
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
