Desired Skills (Nice-to-Have) • Strong organizational, coordination, communication, and teamwork skills • Experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems • Knowledge of test equipment, rack and cable assembly, and common electronic measurement tools • Ability to troubleshoot systems using instruments such as oscilloscopes, analyzers, and data acquisition tools • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and working within Agile processes, including EVMS and gate reviews Day-to-Day Responsibilities • Coordinate with the Program Manager/IPTL and report eam status metrics • Lead engineering team activities and oversee technical decision-making • Review and approve system changes through CCBs and participate in FRBs as required • Support system integration, deployment, and troubleshooting efforts Tools / Technologies Required: • Knowledge of the Earned Value Management System • Microsoft Project Security Clearance Required – Secret Compensation: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
