We're hiring for our first dedicated GTM recruiting hire on the ground in London. You'll bring Rogo's GTM hiring playbook to the London and European market - establishing what great GTM hiring looks like locally, building our employer brand and presence with candidates in the region, and working closely with our co-founder as we continue to expand our London and European footprint. There's real frontier work here: figuring out what GTM recruiting best practices look like for this market, and helping London become a stronger hub for talent as we grow. What You Will Own Run GTM recruiting for London/EMEA end-to-end - Own hiring for SDRs, Account Executives, and GTM Associates across London and the broader European market - Manage interview logistics across time zones, ensuring speed and precision - Keep processes moving forward without bottlenecks or delays - Align on hiring priorities, pipeline health, and process improvements across regions Build our presence in the London/European market - Work closely with our co-founder to shape hiring priorities as we expand our London and European presence - Establish and refine GTM recruiting best practices tailored to the London/European candidate market - Help build Rogo's brand and reputation with GTM talent in the region Own candidate experience - Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates - Communicate clearly, promptly, and professionally throughout the process - Ensure every candidate has a high-quality, thoughtful experience Drive recruiting operations - Maintain clean, accurate data in Ashby - Ensure interview feedback is submitted on time and processes stay on track - Track candidate progress and next steps with strong attention to detail Support evaluation and hiring decisions - Conduct reference checks and synthesize insights for hiring teams - Occasionally support initial candidate screens when needed Improve how we hire - Identify inefficiencies and gaps specific to hiring in the London/European market - Propose and implement improvements to increase speed and quality - Help build scalable recruiting infrastructure as the London team grows What You Will Need - 4+ years of experience in recruiting - Familiarity with the London/European GTM talent market a strong plus - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple roles, candidates, and timelines simultaneously - Clear and professional written and verbal communication - High ownership and strong judgment - you proactively solve problems - Experience with ATS tools (Ashby preferred) and modern productivity tools - Comfort working across time zones and with senior stakeholders, including our cofounder - Willingness to operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment ## Who You Are - You thrive in fast-paced environments.
