Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications
• Lead the complete SDLC from requirements gathering through production support
• Build custom .NET applications from the ground up
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Develop and support ETL processes and centralized reporting solutions
• Write high-quality, secure, and scalable code using .NET technologies
• Perform code reviews and enforce development best practices
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Utilize GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity
• Develop containerized applications using Docker
• Mentor development teams and promote continuous improvement

Requirements

• Prior state government project experience preferred
• Locals or candidates nearby Austin, TX preferred
• Valid visa documentation and driver's license copy required
• 3 professional references required
• Strong expertise in .NET technologies
• Experience with relational databases and ETL development
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Experience with Docker and containerized application development
