Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-grade AI automation platforms for Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Build and maintain Python backend services using FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• Implement REST APIs, WebSockets, and asynchronous, microservices-based architectures
• Integrate LLMs (Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI) and build AI agents with frameworks like CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel
• Design and implement RAG architectures and guardrails using vector databases (ChromaDB, Pinecone, pgvector)
• Orchestrate long-running, event-driven workflows using Temporal or an equivalent engine
• Implement security controls including OAuth2, JWT, SSO, and RBAC/ABAC
• Deploy, monitor, and support production AI systems on AWS/Azure using Docker, CI/CD, and observability tooling
• Mentor team members and provide technical leadership on distributed, scalable AI systems

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software/AI engineering (preferred)
• Expert-level Python and backend framework experience (FastAPI/Flask/Django)
• Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks and LLM integration
• Experience with prompt engineering, RAG architecture, and Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Experience with workflow orchestration engines (Temporal preferred)
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred/Azure), Docker, Git, and CI/CD
• Experience with SQL Server/PostgreSQL/Redshift, Redis, and vector databases
• Healthcare RCM domain exposure (Claims, Eligibility, Enrollment, Prior Authorization) preferred
• Willingness for monthly travel to the Madurai base location
