Key Responsibilities

• Take the existing flow and UI skeleton and develop a distinct visual identity and brand for the educational mobile app
• Design screens and interactions that support daily habit formation suited for an edtech product
• Apply knowledge of engagement psychology to create experiences that users return to daily
• Work directly with the founder on all design decisions and creative direction
• Deliver production-ready designs for handoff to a developer

Requirements

• Genuine interest in or active study of the psychology behind habit-forming and engaging apps
• Interest in or experience with edtech or educational products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills, especially branding and visual identity
• Comfortable with a project-based setup with potential to grow into a longer-term engagement
• Ability to communicate and collaborate directly with a founder
