Location: Tel Aviv (Hybrid) We’re a well-funded cybersecurity startup building the future of secure networking, and we’re looking for our first AI GTM Engineer to build the intelligent systems behind our go-to-market organization. This isn’t a traditional RevOps role. We’re looking for a builder who loves creating tools, automations, and AI-driven workflows that help commercial teams move faster, make better decisions, and win more business. You don’t just use AI. You build with it. From intelligent automations and AI agents to internal products and custom workflows, you’ll help redefine how a modern GTM organization operates. If solving business problems with technology gets you excited, we’d love to meet you. **What You’ll Do?** - Build internal tools that help Sales and Marketing work smarter and faster - Design and automate GTM workflows across prospecting, qualification, pipeline management, and customer engagement - Analyze the revenue funnel, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve conversion and execution - Own and optimize our GTM tech stack, including CRM, enrichment, automation, and AI tools - Build dashboards and analytics that help the team understand what’s working and where to improve - Develop playbooks, AI agents, automations, and self-service tools that eliminate repetitive work - Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to solve business challenges with technology - Explore new AI technologies and bring the best ideas into the business **Who You Are?** - You have 4+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps, Sales Operations, Growth Operations, or a similar technical GTM role - You’ve worked in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup - You enjoy building things from scratch and making them better over time - You’re constantly experimenting with new AI tools and technologies - You understand how modern sales organizations operate and how technology can make them more effective - You have hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Salesforce, n8n, Zapier, Make, Outreach, or similar platforms - You’re comfortable working with APIs and connecting different systems - You know how to turn data into practical insights - Experience with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, or other development languages is a big advantage **Why Join Us?** - Be the first AI GTM Engineer and build this function from the ground up - Join a fast-growing, well-funded cybersecurity startup - Work directly with experienced founders - Build products and tools that have a direct impact on revenue - Use the latest AI technologies to solve real business challenges - Grow with the company as we scale If you’re the kind of person who enjoys building more than maintaining, loves using AI to solve real problems, and wants to shape how a modern GTM organization operates, we’d love to hear from you.
