Job Description
A leading company in Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced Procurement Engineer to manage MEP procurement operations end-to-end, from sourcing and vendor negotiation through purchase order fulfillment. The role works closely with Engineering, QA/QC, and Site teams to ensure materials and services meet project specifications and are delivered on schedule. Direct client interview will be conducted in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
- Procurement of MEP materials, equipment, and services
- Vendor sourcing, quotation evaluation, and price negotiation
- Purchase Order preparation and on-time material delivery
- Coordination with Engineering, QA/QC, and Site teams
- Supplier performance monitoring and issue resolution
- Inventory management and procurement documentation
- Ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards
- Cost optimization and value engineering initiatives
Requirements
- Any Graduate
- 5+ years of experience in MEP Procurement
- Strong working knowledge of SAP
- Experience with vendor sourcing and quotation evaluation
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills
