Read on to learn more! # Your Day-to-Day - **Manage Infrastructure & DevOps** – Design, build, and maintain cloud and on-premise infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, system monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery. - **Oversee Systems Integration** – Manage APIs, data flows, and enterprise platforms (e.g., POS, omnichannel systems), while evaluating and implementing new technology solutions. - **Ensure Security & Compliance** – Implement access controls, network security, infrastructure hardening, vulnerability management, and compliance with data protection and audit requirements. - **Manage Vendors & Technology Operations** – Collaborate with external vendors, monitor service performance against SLAs, and drive cost optimization through strategic technology decisions. - **Drive Technical Strategy & Collaboration** – Serve as the infrastructure subject matter expert, partner with cross-functional teams, mentor technical staff, and develop long-term infrastructure and migration roadmaps. - **Administer Applications & Hosting** – Deploy, maintain, and optimize self-hosted and third-party applications, ensuring high availability, performance, security updates, and reliable server configuration. # Who We’re Looking For - **Bachelor's degree** in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with **6+ years of experience** in DevOps, infrastructure, or systems engineering. - Strong hands-on experience with **Linux server administration**, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), **Docker**, and container orchestration. - Proven experience in **CI/CD pipeline implementation**, application deployment, and maintaining self-hosted or open-source solutions. - Solid understanding of **networking, system integration, APIs**, and third-party SaaS platforms. - Strong knowledge of **IT security best practices**, including access control, credential management, patching, and infrastructure security. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
