Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Data Products Specialist to join a dynamic team driving AI/ML, advanced analytics, and data transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Data Engineering and Data Science, with hands-on expertise in building scalable data pipelines, cloud platforms, and supporting AI/ML model development. Banking or Financial Services experience is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize data products and data pipelines
- Support AI/ML and advanced analytics initiatives
- Build cloud-based data solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Enable self-service analytics and data visualization capabilities
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Architects, Analysts, and Business Stakeholders
- Drive data quality, performance optimization, and best practices
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Science, or related roles
- Strong experience in building data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration solutions
- Hands-on expertise with Python, SQL, Spark, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience supporting AI/ML model development, feature engineering, and deployment
- Knowledge of Power BI, Denodo, OAS, or similar BI and visualization tools
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security
- Experience with real-time analytics and large-scale data platforms is a plus
- Banking or Financial Services experience preferred
