Job Description
Techerudite is looking for a Technical Support Executive to assist customers with technical issues related to our web and mobile products, providing troubleshooting and resolution support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software, application, and connectivity issues
- Escalate complex technical issues to relevant teams
- Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a technical support role
- Basic understanding of networking, software, and troubleshooting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ticketing/helpdesk tools
