As a Technical Business Analyst, you will: - Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for Azure DevOps, AI, CI/CD, and platform engineering initiatives - Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and actionable technical requirements - Define functional and non-functional requirements including scalability, security, performance, and operational expectations - Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, DevOps engineers, architects, and platform teams to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions - Manage and maintain backlog items using Azure DevOps Boards including Epics, Features, User Stories, and requirements tracking - Ensure end-to-end requirement traceability across development, testing, deployment, and release activities - Support Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, backlog refinement, grooming sessions, and progress tracking - Work closely with DevOps teams to define requirements for CI/CD pipelines, automation workflows, and continuous delivery improvements - Support release readiness activities by defining acceptance criteria, test requirements, and deployment expectations - Collaborate with AI/ML teams to define business use cases, document data flows, and support AI solution delivery - Support AI lifecycle alignment covering data, model development, deployment, monitoring, and governance activities - Collaborate with platform engineering teams to identify automation opportunities, self-service capabilities, and platform improvements - Support the design of internal developer platform workflows and CI/CD integration models - Act as a bridge between business teams, technology teams, DevOps, AI, and platform engineering stakeholders - Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, solution validation sessions, and stakeholder communication What You Bring to the Table: - 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role within technology and digital transformation environments - Strong experience with Azure DevOps including Boards, backlog management, user stories, and requirement traceability - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, sprint delivery, and software development lifecycle - Experience translating business needs into technical requirements and supporting engineering teams - Understanding of CI/CD processes, DevOps practices, automation workflows, and release management - Experience working with cloud-based platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure environments - Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and experience supporting AI-driven initiatives is preferred - Understanding of data flows, system integrations, and platform engineering concepts - Experience collaborating with developers, DevOps engineers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical requirements - Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders You Should Possess the Ability To: - Bridge business objectives with technical implementation by converting requirements into clear delivery plans - Create structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications - Support engineering teams by ensuring clarity, alignment, and successful delivery outcomes - Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and platform optimization - Collaborate across business, AI, cloud, and DevOps teams to drive successful initiatives - Manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on quality and delivery - Work effectively in an Agile and collaborative technology environment What We Bring to the Table: - Opportunity to work on Azure DevOps, AI platform, CI/CD, and cloud transformation initiatives - Exposure to modern engineering practices, automation, and digital transformation projects - Collaboration with business, development, DevOps, and platform engineering teams - Opportunity to contribute to AI-driven and technology modernization programs - Growth opportunities through challenging enterprise technology initiatives Let’s Connect Want to discuss this opportunity in more detail?
