In this role, you will take charge of developing casino games for multiple cabinets and markets. This position presents the challenge of combining intricate art, game mathematics, and regulatory requirements, offering a varied and engaging experience with every game you create. Your efforts will directly influence our capacity to bring high-quality games to various markets effectively. ## What You'll Do - Analyze game requirements in collaboration with technical leads and game designers - Build slot games tailored to multiple cabinets and markets - Engage in coding, code reviews, unit testing, memory profiling, and other code hygiene processes - Ensure game quality and timely delivery to market - Collaborate with a dedicated team of artists, game designers, developers, and test engineers - Continuously improve processes and contribute to a culture of excellence - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain flawless game performance - Implement new features and improvements in existing games - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and integrate guidelines into game development - Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers ## What We're Looking For - At least 5 years of experience in software development - Outstanding programming skills in C++ under Windows and Linux operating systems - Strong skills in object-oriented development, algorithms, and data structures - Demonstrated knowledge of the software development life cycle and engineering concepts - A degree in Computer Science (B Tech/BE/MCA) or equivalent experience - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts - Experience in game development is a plus - Passion for delivering high-quality, innovative gaming experiences Join Aristocrat, where your expertise will contribute to crafting flawless casino games that entertain millions of players worldwide!
