## Description Job Title: Technical Lead – .NET, Azure & React Location: Pune, India Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office (On-site) ### Job Summary Zywave is seeking a Technical Lead – .NET, Azure & React to lead the development and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with expertise in .NET, Azure technologies, React, SQL Server, and Git, capable of guiding a high-performing engineering team, driving best practices, and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple projects. ### Key Responsibilities - Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications using .NET, Azure, React, and SQL Server. - Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and QA engineers to deliver impactful and high-quality solutions. - Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and efficient development workflows. - Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and foster a collaborative engineering culture. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across front-end, back-end, and cloud environments. - Support release management, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance scalability, security, and performance. ### Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a team leadership role. - Proven hands-on expertise in: - .NET Framework/Core, C# - Azure Technologies (DevOps, Pipelines, Cloud Services) - React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript - SQL Server (T-SQL) - Git - Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and project delivery. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. ### Mandatory Skills - .NET (Framework & Core) - Azure Technologies - React - SQL Server - Git ### Nice-to-Have Skills - Python - YAML - Terraform - AI/ML exposure - Prompt Engineering ### Domain Experience - Prior experience or knowledge of the Insurance domain is highly desirable.
