Certifications in ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and Certified Implementation Specialist - Software Asset Management (CIS-SAM) or Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM). 8 years of experience with the ServiceNow ecosystem, designing and implementing the ServiceNow ITAM Professional suite (Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management), including custom application development, server-side and client-side scripting (e.g., JavaScript, GlideAPIs), and platform configuration. Experience designing and implementing the ServiceNow CSDM framework to support asset lifecycle data. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub to connect asset data sources. Responsibilities Lead the technical design and delivery of ServiceNow ITAM solutions (HAM Pro, SAM Pro), conduct technical reviews to mentor a team, and drive the configuration of ITAM and ITOM modules to automate asset tracking across Google’s IT estate. Own the technical governance for ITAM, ensuring an implementation of the CSDM framework and advocating "out-of-the-box" functionality to minimize technical debt and ensure platform upgradability. Serve as technical point of contact for ITAM workstreams, collaborating daily with Product Managers, Business Systems Analysts (BSAs), and ServiceNow Professional Services.
