In this role, you will be an expert in the use of AI to design and build AI agents that will author and validate drug labeling content and automate related processes. ### What You’ll Do - Hands-on design and development of prototypes of AI product features for Veeva Labeling. - Design and deliver production AI Agent applications including data flow, orchestration, and prompts. - Work with engineering and UX to automate key business processes using AI. - Assist with AI Agent evaluations - Present feature capabilities and value to internal and external stakeholders. ### Requirements - 5+ years of enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML applications. - Experience with data flow design, algorithm selection, and model integration. - Coding skills in Python and hands-on experience with AI Frameworks and APIs. - Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering. - Strong collaboration skills for working with engineering, UX design, and application product management teams. - Excellent communication skills to work with non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with little direct supervision. - Must be based in or within one hour of the Eastern Time zone. - Must be able to travel 20% ### Nice to Have - Experience in a data scientist, machine learning, or data engineering role. - Experience in Life Sciences. - Experience building products on application development platforms. - Experience building software for regulated industries. - Experience interacting with customers and internal teams remotely and across geographies. ### Interviewing with Veeva We value your time and believe in a transparent hiring process.
