Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews
• Design and develop scalable web and mobile applications using the MERN stack
• Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android
• Architect and integrate REST APIs and GraphQL services
• Manage and optimize databases for performance and scalability
• Oversee cloud infrastructure and deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Maintain version control best practices using Git
• Debug complex issues and drive problem resolution across the stack
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver high-quality digital products
• Take ownership and accountability of end-to-end feature delivery

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development
• Strong proficiency in MERN Stack – MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js
• Experience with React Native for iOS and Android app development
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and GraphQL integration
• Exposure to cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong database management and optimization skills
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in team handling and technical leadership
• Experience in developing scalable web and mobile applications
