Job Description

Techtrove Software Solutions is hiring a Full Stack AI Developer for the Edwards Project. The role focuses on building AI-powered applications on AWS, integrating Claude and other AI-assisted development tools into the engineering workflow, and developing RAG pipelines end to end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build full stack AI-powered applications using Python, React.js, and Node.js
  • Develop and integrate RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
  • Work with AWS services including S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, Bedrock, Transcribe/Textract, CloudWatch, and IAM
  • Use Claude and other AI-assisted development tools in the build process
  • Collaborate with the team during night shift hours to support the Edwards Project

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development experience
  • Strong experience with AWS: S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, Bedrock, Transcribe/Textract, CloudWatch, IAM
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude
  • Strong programming skills in Python, React.js, and Node.js
  • Hands-on experience in RAG pipeline development and integration
  • Excellent communication skills
