Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Generative AI applications using LLMs and foundation models
• Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Develop AI-powered chatbots, copilots, virtual assistants, and intelligent automation solutions
• Implement AI Agents and multi-agent workflows using modern orchestration frameworks
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, APIs, and business systems
• Work with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search solutions
• Develop scalable APIs and backend services using Python
• Evaluate, fine-tune, and optimize AI models for business use cases
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Engineering teams
• Ensure AI solutions meet security, governance, and compliance requirements

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2-3 years in Generative AI
• Proven experience delivering GenAI solutions in production environments
• Strong expertise in Python, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and Cloud Platforms
• Experience building scalable enterprise AI applications and intelligent automation solutions
• Knowledge of Responsible AI, AI Governance, and security best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
