Job Description
We are seeking an experienced .NET Full Stack Technical Lead / Project Manager with strong expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies, Cloud Platforms, AI-driven solutions, Project Management, and Customer Stakeholder Management. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end software delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and work closely with customers to deliver scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale .NET Full Stack applications
- Drive solution architecture using ASP.NET Core, C#, Angular/React, Microservices, and REST APIs
- Design and implement cloud-native applications leveraging Microsoft Azure (preferred) or AWS
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities using Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, or other Generative AI platforms
- Manage the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirements through production deployment
- Lead Agile delivery, sprint planning, estimation, risk management, and release planning
- Collaborate directly with customers to understand business requirements and provide technical consulting
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resource planning
- Coordinate with development, QA, DevOps, architecture, and business teams
- Ensure high-quality code through reviews, best practices, and automated testing
- Present project status, technical solutions, and delivery updates to senior stakeholders and leadership
- Mentor technical teams and drive engineering excellence
Requirements
- Strong hands-on expertise in ASP.NET Core, C#, Angular/React, Microservices, and REST APIs
- Experience with Microsoft Azure (preferred) or AWS cloud platforms
- Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities using Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, or OpenAI APIs
- Proven experience managing full SDLC and Agile delivery
- Strong customer and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to work 5 days onsite in Richmond, VA on a 12+ month contract
