Job Description
Remote AI/ML engineering role focused on Google Cloud Platform Contact Center AI (CCAI) solutions. Candidate will work on building and optimizing conversational AI systems using Dialogflow and Agent Assist for enterprise contact center use cases. Occasional travel to client sites may be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Contact Center AI (CCAI) solutions on Google Cloud Platform
- Build and configure Dialogflow virtual agents
- Implement and tune Agent Assist features for live agent support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI/ML integration into contact center workflows
- Travel to client sites in Hartford, CT or Minneapolis, MN as needed
Requirements
- 13+ years of overall IT/engineering experience
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience with Contact Center AI (CCAI)
- Experience with Agent Assist
- Experience with Dialogflow
- Willingness to travel to Hartford, CT or Minneapolis, MN (own expenses) if required
