Job Description

TEKsystems is hiring on behalf of a 130-year-old product-based client for a Fullstack Python Developer to join their engineering team in Mohali, Punjab. The role involves building and maintaining scalable backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs using Python, along with developing responsive frontend interfaces in React.js. Ideal for experienced engineers who can join immediately or within 15 days.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain backend services using FastAPI or Django REST Framework
  • Design and integrate RESTful APIs across services
  • Implement and optimize GraphQL APIs
  • Develop and maintain frontend features using React.js
  • Work with PostgreSQL for data modeling, queries, and performance tuning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product features

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional software development experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Python and FastAPI or Django REST Framework
  • Experience designing and integrating REST APIs
  • Working knowledge of GraphQL
  • Proficiency with PostgreSQL
  • Strong experience with React.js
  • Immediate joiners to candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days only
