Job Description
Diligent Tec, Inc is hiring a Lead Full Stack Developer UI with strong AI/ML engineering expertise for a long-term engagement in Santa Clara, CA. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role guiding UI architecture, full stack delivery, and integration of AI/ML capabilities into production-grade web applications, working closely with cross-functional engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of full stack web applications with a focus on UI architecture
- Architect and integrate AI/ML models and pipelines into production front-end and back-end systems
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to full stack and UI engineers
- Collaborate with product, data science, and DevOps teams to define technical roadmaps
- Drive best practices for code quality, performance, scalability, and security
- Participate in architecture reviews and technical decision-making for AI/ML powered features
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in full stack software development
- Strong hands-on experience building modern UI applications (React/Angular/JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Proven experience integrating AI/ML models into web applications or services
- Solid backend experience with Node.js, Python, or similar server-side technologies
- Experience leading engineering teams or mentoring senior developers
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
