Job Description

Flexon Technologies is hiring a UX Engineer on a contract basis for a client engagement. The role bridges design and front-end development, translating UX designs into functional, polished interfaces on a fully remote basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate UX/UI designs into responsive, accessible front-end code
  • Collaborate with designers and product managers to refine interaction patterns
  • Build and maintain reusable UI component libraries
  • Conduct usability reviews and iterate based on feedback
  • Ensure design consistency across the client's product surfaces

Requirements

  • Experience bridging UX design and front-end engineering
  • Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks (React or similar)
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma
  • Strong eye for interaction design and usability
  • Ability to work independently in a remote contract role
