Job Description
Tech Mahindra is hiring Network Engineers for its Manesar, Gurgaon office to support client network infrastructure across routing, switching, and troubleshooting functions. The role suits both B.Tech (ECE) freshers and professionals with 2+ years of networking experience, working in a rotational shift environment with a 5-day work week.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers and switches
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Resolve client network tickets within SLA timelines
- Support network upgrades and maintenance activities
- Document network configurations and issue resolutions
Requirements
- B.Tech in ECE (for freshers) or equivalent networking experience (2+ years)
- Strong networking fundamentals: routing, switching, troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
