Job Description

Vrinsoft Technology is looking for an experienced MERN Stack Team Lead who can take complete ownership of both technical delivery and team management. This role suits someone passionate about building scalable applications, mentoring developers, and driving team performance through KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of MERN Stack Developers (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js & Node.js)
  • Own end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, quality, and timely releases
  • Define technical architecture and ensure coding best practices are followed
  • Monitor and drive Team KPIs and Project KPIs to achieve business and delivery objectives
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and clients to gather and refine requirements
  • Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor team members
  • Ensure project milestones and delivery timelines are consistently achieved

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading a development team
  • 5+ years of overall experience
  • Expertise in designing scalable and high-performance web applications
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, and Third-party Integrations
  • Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Cloud Platforms is an added advantage
  • Excellent leadership, communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills
