Job Description
Thoughtworks is hiring an experienced Lead Developer to join cross-functional delivery teams across its India offices. The role involves driving platform engineering initiatives, building scalable cloud-native solutions, and mentoring engineering teams while working closely with clients on digital transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of platform engineering solutions using Python, AWS, and React
- Architect and implement scalable, cloud-native systems on AWS
- Mentor and guide engineering teams on best practices and technical excellence
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Drive adoption of agile and continuous delivery practices
Requirements
- 8.5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Python
- Experience with AWS cloud services
- Proficiency in React for front-end development
- Experience in platform engineering practices
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
